Once I realized the invalid clicks, I contacted them immediately and requested a refund. Over a month later, I still have not heard back from them. They refuse to get back to me regarding my refund and all the invalid clicks. Miva is a scam and a fraud. Their customer service is very bad and they do not respond back to you if you request a refund. They also block you through their Live Chat if you request a refund. It's a complete fraud. I've never experienced anything like this dealing with any company before. I'm not surprised that they now have a lawsuit at their hand. Advertisers should also go back to their credit card companies and request a chargeback. They don't respond to refund requests and their customer service CONSTANTLY lies and says "someone will get back to you".
