I have been mostly relying on a dollar cap. to stem any fraudulent clicking. I just assumed that Google would monitor multiple clicks on an ad from the same IP. Is this not the case? I would have thought that a company that's so technical and advanced in other areas would be able to minimize click fraud easily.
